微球囊在治疗糖尿病下肢动脉闭塞症中的应用经验探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨微球囊在治疗糖尿病下肢动脉闭塞症中的应用经验。方法在介入方法治疗下肢动脉闭塞症中,对15例累及了胫腓动脉的糖尿病下肢动脉闭塞症患者,应用了微球囊扩张成形治疗,治疗后对下肢缺血症状的改善及3、30 d的踝-肱指数(ABI)及B超的变化进行评价。结果 12例累及胫腓动脉的糖尿病下肢闭塞症患者均成功完成了微球囊扩张成形术,患者临床症状及ABI及下肢血管灌注得到明显改善。结论微球囊治疗糖尿病下肢闭塞症胫腓动脉病变中的应用是安全有效的。[ Objective ] To assess the clinical effects of micro-ballon in the percutaneous transluminal angioplasty （PTA） of diabetic ischemic diseases of lower limb. [ Methods ] Micro-balloons were using in 12 patients with diabet- ic isehemic diseases which involved the tibiofibular artery. The ankle-to-braehial index （ABI） and Doppler ultrason- ic of lower limb vessel were estimated both before the treatment and 3, 30 days after the treatment. [ Results ] Obvi- ous improvement in ankle-to-braehial index and vascular perfusion of lower limb were observed after the treatment. [ Conclusion] The application of micro-balloon in the percutaneous transluminal angioplasty of the diabetic is- chemic diseases which involved the tibiofibular artery is effective and safe.
