摘  要:为进一步提高电控喷油器生产效率,以某喷油器结构为对象分析钢球阀座运动组件的限位原理,并设计出一种新的钢球阀座配合结构。建立该电控喷油器的流体域三维有限元模型,并利用Fluent软件对结构改进前、后的内部流场进行分析验证。结果表明,改进后的钢球阀座结构能满足喷油器的流量特性要求。且实际加工试验表明,新型钢球阀座结构更适用于批量化生产,机械加工周期缩短9.5%,在满足性能前提下提高了生产效率。In order to further improve the production efficiency of electronic control injector, this article analyzes the limit principle of the steel ball and seat module with the structure of a gasoline injector as its research object, and then proposes a new matching structure of the steel ball and seat. The three dimension finite element model in a fluid domain of the injector is established and the internal flow fields before and after structural improvements are analyzed by using the Fluent software. Results show that the improved structure of the steel ball and seat meets the demand of the injector's flow characteristics. Moreover, practical processing experiments indicate that the new parts are more suitable for mass production, with the production cycle reduced by 9.5% and the production efficiency increased on the premise of meeting the injector's performance.
