摘  要:以某款国IV轻型汽油车为例,对其在转鼓滑行试验前的热车状况、车辆固定方式、驱动轮胎压力和驱动轮胎上的有效载荷等因素发生变化时进行对比试验,分析这些因素变化对转鼓阻力设定的影响。结果表明,车辆预热越充分,转鼓加载阻力就越大;链条与水平方向呈一定角度向下固定车辆的夹角越大,转鼓加载阻力就越小;随着驱动轮胎压力的降低,转鼓加载阻力会逐渐减小;车辆驱动轮上的有效载荷越大,转鼓加载阻力会越低。Through contrast testing on a China IV light-duty vehicle in which some factors, such as, vehicle warm up status before dynamometer coast down testing, vehicle fixing mode, driving tire pressure and the payload of the driving tires, are changed, we analyzed the effect on dynamometer resistance when these factors are changed. The results indicate that, the more efficient the vehicle is warmed up, the higher the dynamometer loading resistance. And the greater the angle of the chains fixing the vehicle in certain degree, the lower the dynamometer loading resistance. With the decreasing of the driving tire pressure, the loading resistance of dynamometer become lower gradually. The higher the payload on the driving tires, the lower the dynamometer loading resistance.
