毕单系列玉米品种碳酸酐酶活性与温度生态适应性分析

摘  要:应用适定性参数法、变异系数法和回归系数法,分析了毕单系列主栽玉米品种碳酸酐酶(CA)活性的温度适应性,结果表明:BD18、BD15的CA稳定性较差,对温度变化反应敏感,BD13的CA对温度过于稳定,BD10、BD17的CA总体上对温度变化稳定性最好。并且,BD 18、BD 15为高CA活性品种,但稳定性差;BD 13为高CA活性高稳定性品种,BD 17为低CA活性高稳定性品种,BD 10为低CA活性低稳定性品种。另外,BD 15、BD 10为低适应性品种,而BD 18、BD 13、BD 17为高适应性品种。By means of well-posedness parameter, variation coefficient and regression coefficient method, eco- logical suitability for carbonic anhydrase of maize varieties of Bidan series was analyzed. The results showed, adaptability on temperature :the stability of BD 18 and BD 15 C were relatively poor and sensitive to tempera- ture;BD 13 was too stable;BD 10 and BD 17 was the best;BD 18 and BD 15 had high CA activity but its sta- bility was worse than other species; BD 13 was highly reactive and stable;BD 17 was slightly active and highly stable;BD 10 was slightly active and stable;in addition, BD 15 and BD 10 were lowly adaptive;the adjustability of BD 18 ,BD 13 and BD 17 was high.
