摘　　要：综合生态足迹法、承载力模型和可持续发展度量法,构建海洋生态经济系统发展状态评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法、熵值法、多目标决策权系数法确定评价指标体系权重,对2000-2009年我国沿海11省市海洋生态经济系统各子系统及复合系统发展状态进行量化辨识,发现由于海洋生态子系统的制约,我国海洋生态经济系统发展速度非常缓慢,并呈现出明显的区域不均衡特征。Integrates ecological footprint, carrying capacity model and sustainable development measurement, building state evalua- tion index system of the marine eco-economic system, and uses AHP, enlropy method, multi-objective decision-making power coefficient method to determine the weight of evaluation index system, quantify the development state of the subsystem and complex system of China＇s coastal 11 provinces＇ marine eco-eco- nomie system in 2000-2009, finds that because of the constraints of marine ecology system, the development of China＇s marine eeo-economic system is very slow, and showing significant region- al imbalaneed characteristics.
