内蒙古自治区与黑龙江省奶业发展的比较分析

摘　　要：奶业是关系一个国家国计民生的重要行业,被誉为"白金产业"。奶业的发展对促进农民增收、转变农业增长方式、推进新农村建设都具有重要的作用。目前,国内奶业发展比较迅速的省份是内蒙古自治区和黑龙江省,奶业已经成了这两个省份的支柱性产业。本文从发展历程、发展现状、发展环境、发展效益四个方面对内蒙古自治区和黑龙江省奶业的发展情况进行了比较,并进一步探寻两省奶业发展的差异,以期达到奶业区域发展互促的作用。Dairy industry is an important industry related to both the national economy and the people＇s livelihood, being known as ＂platinum industry＂. The development of the dairy industry played important roles in the increase of the farmers＇ income, transformation of agricultural growth mode and the new rural construction. At present, the domestic dairy industry of Inner Mongolia autonomous region and Heilongjiang province has being developing rapid, that dairy industry has become the backbone industry of the two provinces. Based on the comparison on dairy industry of the two provinces, which is from Development history, development present situation, the development environment, the development of benefit, the paper explores differences of the development of dairy between two provinces, in order to promote the development of regional dairy.
