摘 要:采用BWRS方程描述储气井内CNG的状态,采用正割法求解储气井内CNG的密度,基于CNG储气井质量平衡方程,建立了CNG加气站地下储气井泄漏计算模型,阐述了计算和监测步骤。基于VB6.0开发了泄漏计算及监测程序,进行了实例分析。结果表明:储气井内的储气量与压力成正比,与温度成反比,由于地下储气井温度接近地温,相对恒定,因此井内压力是反映储气量的主要指标,储气井发生泄漏时,其压力变化明显;该计算方法精度高且比较稳定,可以满足一般工程的应用要求,但因其最大误差不可忽略,故无法准确判断微小的泄漏。The paper describes the state of CNG in gas storage well using BWRS equations, determines the density of CNG in gas storage wells with secant method, and establishes the leakage calculation model for underground gas storage well of CNG filling station based on the mass balance equations of CNG storage wells, and elaborates the calculation and monitoring steps, and developes leakage calculation and monitoring procedures based on VB6.0 and performes case study. The results show that the capacity of gas storage well is proportional to the pressure and in inversely proportional to the temperature, however the temperature of the underground gas storage well is close to the ground temperature, which is relatively constant, so the well pressure is the main factor that reflects the capacity of gas storage well, and if the leakage occurs, the pressure will change obviously. This calculation method has high accuracy and is relatively stable, so it can meet the application requirements of the general engineering, but its maximum error can not be ignored, and thus tiny leakage can not be accurately judged.
