摘　　要：迷走神经刺激术(vagus nerve stimulation,VNS)作为一种治疗难治性癫痫的辅助治疗方法,近年来已经被逐步应用于临床,并取得良好的效果。本文总结了3例行VNS的患者的术前、术中及术后随访,并对知识宣教、手术室环境准备及手术中的配合重点进行了详细阐述。3例手术均获得成功,癫痫症状得到控制,患者对治疗效果满意。Being an adjuvant therapy for refractory epilepsy,vagus nerve stimulation（VNS） has been applied gradually in clinical in recent years and has achieved good efficacy. This paper summarizes the key points in preoperative care, preparations of operating room, intraoperative care and postoperative health education in three eases. All patients underwent the operation successfully and the symptoms were well controlled.
