推拿配合艾灸防治反复呼吸道感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察推拿配合艾灸防治缓解期反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例RRTI患儿分为试验组和对照组各30例,试验组予推拿配合艾灸治疗,对照组予细菌提取物(泛福舒胶囊)治疗,疗程3个月,观察期1年,观察指标有年发病次数、平均病程、病种及T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)。结果两组治疗后上呼吸道感染次数、气管支气管炎发生次数及病种减少,病程缩短,与治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。试验组治疗后气管支气管炎发病次数、病程改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、IgA、IgG水平较治疗前提高,对照组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、IgA、IgG水平较治疗前提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对照组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、IgG改善优于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论推拿配合艾灸防治RRTI虽然在改善免疫指标方面不占优势,但具有同药物治疗相当的疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of massage combined with moxibustion on the prevention of recurrent respiratory tract infections（RRTT） in children. Methods Sixty children with RRTI were assigned to two groups, 30 cases in each group. The children in the experimental group were treated with massage combined with moxibustion for 3 months, while the children in the control group were treated with bacterial extract for 3 months. The times and duration of respiratory tract infections, the type of infection, the level of T-cell subsets（CDa＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋） and immunoglobulin（IgG,IgA,IgM） within a year were recorded. Results The times and duration of respiratory tract infections reduced in both groups, and reduced more obviously in the experimental group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The children in the control group achieved more improvements in the level of CD3＋,CD4＋,CDs＋,CD4＋/CDs＋ and IgG compared with the experimental group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Massage combined with moxibustion has the same efficacy as drug therapy of becterial extract on the prevention of RRTI in children, but has fewer effect on the immunology indicators.
