摘 要:为考察催化剂对制革污泥热解制油的影响,采用热重分析,研究不同钠盐催化条件下制革污泥的微分热重(DTG)曲线。利用自行设计的直接热化学污泥油化试验装置,调查钠盐催化剂及其用量对制革污泥油化产物分布和油收率的影响。研究结果表明,3种钠盐催化剂均使污泥热解反应向低温区移动,钠盐的催化作用大小依次为Na2CO3>Na2SO4>NaCl,从DTG曲线分析可知,钠盐催化剂的最佳投加量为污泥量的2%(以钠离子计);在直接热化学液化法制革污泥油化试验中,催化剂碳酸钠的投加量为污泥量的2%时,可获得较大的油产率(41.01%)。通过GC/MS分析,制革污泥热解得到油产品的化学成分与生物柴油相近。能量衡算分析得出:在试验条件下,能量回收率可达53.25%,系统为能量产出型。In order to investigate the effect of catalysts on oil derived from tannery sludge pyrolysis, the differential thermogravimetric (DTG) curves of tannery sludge with various sodium salts catalysts were studied in this paper. Also, using our self-designed direct thermo-chemical liquefaction equipment, the effect of sodium salts catalysts and their dosage on the distribution and yield of oil products were researched in detail. The results showed that all the three sodium salts catalysts could made tannery sludge pyrolysis at lower temperatures during the pyrolysis reaction, and the catalytic effect followed the order of Na2CO3 〉 Na2SO4 〉 NaC1. From DTG curves, it could be concluded that the optimal dosage of the sodium salts catalysts was of 2wt% of sludge weight ( based on Na ~ ). Meanwhile, during the direct thermo-chemieal liquefaction process, the maximum of oil yield of 41.01% was achieved at the condition of 2wt% Na+ (Na2CO3 )of tannery sludge weight, which was agree to the result of TG analysis. In addi- tional, by using GC/MS analysis, the chemical components of oil product achieved from tannery sludge pyrolysis was similar to those of biodiesel. According to the energy balance evaluation of pyrolysis technology of tannery sludge, this pyrolysis process had a promising energy recovery rate, it reaches to 53.25%.
