摘 要:主要研究了在垂直轴风力机叶片前缘表面粘贴等离子发生电极产生等离子流,对风力机风能利用系数的影响。实验采用NACA0018翼型,在翼型前缘特殊处理粘贴等离子电极,并保持翼型原有气动外型。实验风力机安装4片叶片,分别研究有无等离子时风力机风能利用系数。实验结果表明,由于垂直轴风机叶片做正功在一定的角度范围内,并随风机旋转周期性变化,而等离子流恰恰延迟了气流在叶片上的分离时间,也就是增加了叶片做正功的角度范围,从而提高了叶片做功能力。同时等离子流也相应减少了叶片的阻力,总体提高了风能的吸收。研究表明加装等离子流风能利用系数可提高5%以上。但产生等离子流需要消耗电能,因此带来的能效与消耗需要进一步研究。The effects of plasma stream have on wind turbine wind energy utilization coefficient was studied, the plasma stream was generated by plasma generator electrode affixing on the leading edge of vertical axis wind turbine blade. The testing utilize NACA0018 type of airfoil, its leading edge was pasted with plasma electrode with special technology, while at the same time, its original aerodynamic airfoil shape was kept intact. The experimental wind turbine was installed with four blades, the the wind energy utilization coefficient of wind turbine with and without plasma generator electrode was tested respectively. The results showed that since the vertical axis wind turbine blade do positive work within certain angle, and will incurs cyclical changes in corresponding to the fan rotating, while plasma flow can prolong the separation time of air current from blade, thereby increasing the positive work angle range, thus result in improved blade performance. Besides that, plasma could also help to decrease the blade resistance, thus could help enhance the overall wind energy absorption rate. It was shown that by energy utilization coefficient could be improved by 5 % or more using plasma technology, but it also needs to he pointed out that to generate plasma stream will consume electrical energy, thus its efficiency and energy consumption status needs the further study.
