摘  要:对小弹簧多点支承推力轴承的基本特性和结构特点进行了介绍,以深溪沟发电机的推力轴承设计为例,对该轴承三维热弹流润滑性能分析和结构设计作了重点介绍,并结合真机运行业绩,总结了小弹簧多点支撑推力轴承的优点,为类似结构形式的设计提供一定的借鉴。The basic characteristic and structure feature of thrust bearing supported by muhiple distribution coil springs are presented, and taking the thrust bearing design of generators in Shenxigou Hydropower Station as an example, the three-dimensional thermal elastic hydrodynamic lubrication analysis and structural design of this thrust bearing are discussed in detail. The advantages of thrust bearing supported by multiple distribution coil springs are summarized in combination with the operation of units in Shenxigou Station, which can provide references to the similar design of thrust bearings.
