摘 要:建立了横截面200 mm×200 mm、高1200mm固体废弃物流化床三维冷态实验装置,选取两种形状和尺寸相同、密度差异明显的非球形颗粒模拟固体废弃物,与粒径为0.18mm的石英砂床料组成双组分和三组分混合物,研究了不同操作参数下非球形颗粒的特征浓度分布。此外,提出了基于特征浓度标准差的无因次混合指数,获得了固废流化床内非球颗粒在不同操作参数下的混合质量。Mixing behaviors of irregular particles in a fluidized bed have been investigated. Ex- periments were carried out in a solid waste fluidized bed with cross section of 200 mm×200 mm and height of 1200 mm. Two particles with the same sharps, sizes but different densities were used as simulative solid waste, and silica sand was employed as fluidization medium. Various binary (ternary) mixtures made of particles and bed material was tested. The distribution of the irregular particles characteristic concentrations were studied through a series of tests with different operation parameters. A correlation of the mixing index has been developed for the proposed irregular particle mixtures. This non-dimensional mixing index based on the standard deviation of characteristic concentration was well applied to represent the mixing quality of binary and ternary mixtures under different operation parameters.
