摘 要:龙烟矿区宣龙式鲕状赤铁矿石的鲕粒由粒度为0.005~0.001mm的隐晶质赤铁矿构成,赤铁矿中的铁占到总铁量的96.19%,有害元素S、P含量低。以工艺流程简洁、能耗低、可操作性强为目标,研究了该矿石的开发利用方案。结果表明,采用还原焙烧—磨矿—弱磁粗选—粗精矿再磨—弱磁精选流程处理,可获得铁品位62.46%、回收率83.56%的铁精矿。Xuanlong-type oolitic hematite consists of aphanitic hematite with particle size of 0. 005 ~ 0. 001 mm, and iron element in hematite accounts for 96.19% of the total iron, and the contents of harmful elements S , P are low. The ex- ploitation scheme for the ore is investigated to find out a process with feature of simple process, low energy consumption and good operability as a goal. The results show that iron concentrate with Fe grade of 62.46% and recovery rate of 83.56% was achieved by adopting the process of reduction roasting-grinding-rough low intensity magnetic separation-regrinding of rough concentrate-cleaning of low intensity magnetic separation.
