摘　　要：降低行政成本、提高政府效能是政府管理的终极目标和价值追求之一。如何降低行政成本,建设人民满意的廉价政府,是摆在新时期我党面前的一项重要任务。基于目前居高不下的行政成本,寻找造成这一现象的文化原因至关重要,文章拟从文化的视角,探讨政府行政管理中的成本问题。Reducing administrative cost and increasing efficiency is one of the ultimate aims of government management.How to reduce the cost and how to build inexpensive satisfying government is an important task faced by Communist Party of China.The administrative cost in China is fluctuating at high level and exploring its cultural causes is necessary.This paper makes a study of the administrative cost of the Chinese government and tries to build a low-cost government based on author's cultural thinking.
