摘  要:目的建立酸枣仁的超高效液相指纹图谱。方法采用ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速为0.5 mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为204 nm。结果建立了酸枣仁的超高效液相色谱指纹图谱共有模式,标定了17个共有峰,并指认了5个主要色谱峰,14批酸枣仁药材的相似度在0.947~0.994之间。结论本方法快速、高效,可用于酸枣仁的质量评价。OBJECTIVE To establish the UPLC fingerprint of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen. METHODS The UPLC fingerprint of 14 batches of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen were determined on an HSS T3 column (2.1mm×100mm,1.8μm) eluted with the mobile phase consisting of 0. 05% phosphoric acid solution and acetonitrile in gradient mode; the flow rate was 0. 5 mL. min-1 ; the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 204 nm. RESULTS The common mode of the UPLC fingerprint of Ziz- iphi Spinosae Semen was set up under the established condition. There were 17 common peaks in the fingerprints of 14 samples, five of which were identified. CONCLUSION The method is rapid and accurate. The chromatographic profile of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen with high specificity can be used to control the quality of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen.
