光质对‘抗优63’杂交水稻幼苗器官结构及光合特性的影响  被引量:11

摘  要:采用发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)精确调制光谱能量分布,以荧光灯为对照,研究光质对‘抗优63’杂交水稻幼苗器官结构和光合特性的影响。结果表明:蓝光可以显著提高叶片气孔密度,显著增加根和后生导管的直径,促进根厚壁组织分化。此外,蓝光下旗叶叶鞘发育良好,维管束和基本组织分化明显,细胞排列紧密;在红蓝光下气孔的长度与宽度呈显著负相关;经过不同的光质处理,叶片的净光合速率均显著提高,其中蓝光下的净光合速率达到最大,其次分别是红蓝光、红光和黄光;蓝光、红蓝光和黄光处理下,Fv/Fm值、Fv/Fo值显著提高;蓝光和黄光处理下,qP值、ΦPSⅡ值和ETR值显著提高。结论:蓝光更有效促进水稻幼苗的生长发育,提高光合能力,其次为红蓝光。By using light emitting diode(LED) to accurately modulate light spectral energy distribution, and with fluorescent light as the control, the effects of light quality on the organs structure and photosynthesis characteristics of the hybrid rice' Kangyou 63' seedlings were studied in this paper. The results showed that, blue light significantly increased the stomatal density and the diameter of roots and epigenetic catheter, and promoted the sclerenchyma differentiation of roots, Moreover, the flag-leaf sheath developed well, vascular bundle and ground tissue showed obvious differentiation, and cells arranged densely under blue light, Under red+blue light, stomatal length and width had a significant negative correlation, The photosynthetic rate was obviously increased under different light treatment,where it reached the maximum under blue light treatment and the next were red+blue, red and yellow light, Under blue, red+blue and yellow light, the Fv/Fm, and Fv/Fn were significantly improved. And, qP, φPS Ⅱ and ETR were significantly increased under blue and yellow light, On the whole, blue light was more beneficial for the growth and development of hybrid ricf seedling, and could significantly increase the photosynthetic capacity,followed by red+blue light.
