摘  要:为研究补钙方式对产后奶牛血液生化指标的影响,选取2~5胎成年泌乳母牛40头,按照年龄、胎次、分娩时间相近的原则进行配对,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组20头,试验组奶牛产犊后的0及12 h分别投喂1粒硫酸钙和氯化钙复合物(含有43 g可吸收的Ca2+),对照组在相同时间采用常规补钙(即颈静脉输氯化钙溶液,含氯化钙120 g,有效Ca2+含量43 g)。在产犊后0、1、6、13和24 h时测定奶牛血液生化指标。结果发现:在0和1 h时,试验组与对照组奶牛血钙浓度基本相近,差异不显著(P>0.05),但1 h比0 h时有所提高;6 h时,试验组血钙水平升高,而对照组出现下降,试验组比对照组提高了25.5%(P<0.01);13 h时,试验组血钙水平继续升高,对照组也有所提高,试验组比对照组提高了25.7%(P<0.05);24 h时,试验组和对照组血钙均出现下降,试验组奶牛血钙比对照组高20.89%(P<0.01)。其他血液指标如K+、Na+及血酮、血糖浓度和碱性磷酸酶活性均无明显变化。结论:硫酸钙和氯化钙复合物比常规输液补充氯化钙更能改善奶牛产后低血钙症状。Forty lactation Holstein cows( two to five lactations)were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 20 cows in each group, according to the principles of same age, parity and lactation time. A complex of calcium sulfate and calcium chloride bolus (containing 43 grams of absorbable calcium)was fed immediately to cows at the end of calfing and another one was fed in 13 h late in treatment. Normal method was taken 120 grams of calcium chloride through jugular vein infusion to add calcium to the cows in the control at the same time. Blood samples were collected at the time of 0,1,6,13,24 h after calfing. We studied the effects of supplementing the different calcium on blood index in postpartum cows. The results showed that the concentrations of calcium manifested no significant change between treatment and control at the time of 0 and 1 h after calfing( P〉 0, 05 ), The concentration of calcium increased in treatment,but decreased in control 6 h later. It significantly increased by 25.5% in treatment than that of control(P〈0. 01 ). The concentrations increased in treatment and control 13 h after calling. It significantly increased by 25.7% in treatment than that of control( P〈0. 05 ). The concentrations decreased in treatment and control 24 h later, but it significantly increased by 20. 89% in treatment than that of control(P〈0.01 ). The other blood parameters, such as the con- centrations of potassium, sodium, ketone, glucose and alkaline phosphatase activities showed no significant change between treatment and control. It was evidenced that complex of calcium sulfate and calcium chloride bolus significantly improved hypoealcaemia in postpartum cows.
