摘 要:舌状蜈蚣藻(Grateloupia livida)是一种具有较高食用和药用价值的经济红藻。本文比较了不同温度(10,15,20,25,30℃)、光照强度(0,20,60,120,200μmol.m-2.s-1)及盐度(8,16,24,32,40)条件对舌状蜈蚣藻果孢子的放散及附着的影响。实验结果表明,舌状蜈蚣藻果孢子放散的最适宜温度为20℃,光照强度为120μmol.m-2.s-1,适宜盐度24~40;果孢子附着的最适宜温度为20℃,光照强度为60μmol.m-2.s-1,适宜盐度为24~40。温度及光照条件对果孢子的放散具有显著影响,在20℃、120μmol.m-2.s-1条件下放散量最大,低温(10℃)以及黑暗条件下可以显著抑制果孢子的放散;中、高盐度(24,32,40)条件下,果孢子放散没有显著差异,而在低盐度(8,16)条件下,果孢子的放散量显著减少。温度和光照对舌状蜈蚣藻果孢子的附着均存在显著影响,在20℃和60μmol.m-2.s-1下果孢子附着数量最多,在10℃,30℃和黑暗条件下附着数量最少;在低盐度(8,16)海水中果孢子的附着受到抑制,在中、高盐度(24,32,40)海水中果孢子的附着没有明显差异。Grateloupia livida is a kind of commercial and scientific red alga with potential value in nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals. In this paper, the release and attachment of carpospores of Grateloupia livida were investigated in a gradient of temperature (10, 15, 20, 25, 30℃), salinity (8, 16, 24, 32, 40) and irradiance (0, 20, 60, 120, 200μmol m-2 s^-1). The results showed that the most favourable conditions for carpospores release was found at 20℃, 120μmol m-2 s-1 and salinity 24-40. The best conditions for carpospores attachment were observed at 20℃, 60μmol m-2 s-1 and salinity 24-40. The release of carpospores was significantly affected by irradiance and temperature. The maximum number of carpospores released was observed at 20~C and 120μmol m-2 s-1 and the carpospores releasing could be significantly inhibited by low temperature (10℃) and darkness. There was no significant difference for the carpospores releasing at salinity 24, 32, 40. The number of carpospores in low salinity seawater (8, 16) was significantly lower than that at 24-40. Attachment of carpospores was directly affected by irradiance and temperature. The maximum number of attachment was observed at 25℃ and 60μmol m- 2 s-1 and the minimum number was observed at 10, 30℃ and darkness. The attachment of carpospores was repressed in the seawater of salinity 8 and 16, and there was no significantly difference in the seawater of salinity 24, 32, 40.
