摘  要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为改性剂制备有机海泡石,研究有机海泡石对水相中刚果红的吸附行为,并从热力学和动力学方面探讨了其吸附机制。X射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱分析结果表明,CTAB对海泡石有良好的修饰作用。吸附实验结果表明,刚果红在有机海泡石上的吸附符合Langumir模型,吸附焓变和熵变分别为8.25kJ/mol、40.70J/(mol.K),表现为自发的物理吸附,且吸附过程遵循准二级动力学方程,吸附活化能为7.7kJ/mol。Organic sepiolite was prepared by sepuolite modification with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as modifier. The obtained organic sepiolite was used to removal Congo red from aqueous. The adsorption behavior of Congo red was investigated, base on which, the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics were also studied so as to discuss the adsorption mechanism. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transform infrared spectra (FTIR) analysis shows that sepiolite can be well modified by CTAB. The adsorption results indicate that the adsorption isotherm of Congo red could be better fitted by Langumir equation. The adsorption enthalpy and entropy changes respectively are 8.25 kJ/mol and 40.70 J/(mol . K) ,means the adsorption is a spontaneous physical and endothermic process. The adsorption dynamics follows the equations of pseudo-second-order kinetics with the activated energy is 7.7 kJ/mol.
