摘 要:制备研究了掺杂锰、钴、镍的含锌铁磁体/碳复合纳米材料,使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪采用KBr压片法测试了它们在波长2.5~25μm的红外透过率,根据朗伯-比尔定律计算了质量消光系数.结果表明:锰锌铁磁体/碳复合材料和钴锌铁磁体/碳复合材料随着焙烧温度的升高质量消光系数先增大后降低;锰锌铁磁体/碳复合材料于800℃焙烧后在8~14μm波段质量消光系数能达0.1 m2/g.700℃焙烧后,钴锌铁磁体/碳复合材料质量消光系数在3~5μm波段达0.2 m2/g,在8~14μm波段能达0.25 m2/g;镍锌铁磁体/碳复合材料在焙烧后其8~14μm远红外波段的消光性能得到加强,质量消光系数达0.17 m2/g,但是3~5μm波段质量消光系数由原来的0.5 m2/g降低到了0.15 m2/g.Zinc ferromagnet/carbon composites doped manganese, cobalt and nickel were prepared. Infrared spectrums were tested by using infrared spectrophotometer (KBr pellets) in the range of 2.5-25 μm while the extinction coefficients were calculated by using Lambert-Beer law. The extinction coefficients of manganese zinc ferromagnet/carbon composite and cobalt zinc ferromagnet/carbon composite first increased and dropped later with increasing temperature. Manganese zinc ferromagnet/ carbon composite attained O. 1 m^2/g in the range of 8- 14 ferromagnet/carbon composite calcined at 700 ℃ reached 0.2 m^2 m calcined at 800 g and 0.25 m^2/g in ℃. Cobalt zinc the range of 3 - 5 μm and 8 - 14 μm, respectively. The extinction coefficients of nickel zinc ferromagnet/carbon composite decreased with increasing temperature.
