摘  要:【目的】为了探明环境条件对生防菌淡紫拟青霉土壤生态学特性的影响,【方法】系统研究了不同土壤物理因素和栽培方式对淡紫拟青霉E7在香蕉根际定殖和促生作用的影响。【结果】结果表明,适宜E7在香蕉根际定殖和发挥促生作用的土壤质地为壤土,其次为砂土和黏土;利于E7在根际定殖的土壤温度为30℃,其次为37℃,23℃和16℃,而利于E7发挥促生作用的土壤温度则依次为37℃、30℃、23℃和16℃;适宜于E7在根际定殖和发挥促生作用的土壤相对湿度为20%、25%,其次为15%和30%。与香蕉单作施用E7菌剂相比,香蕉/红薯套作并施用E7菌剂,香蕉移栽后0~120 d内显著提高了E7在香蕉根际定殖,在移栽后120 d显著提高了香蕉长势和根际土壤中E7、可培养真菌、细菌和放线菌数量,同时显著提高了不同深度土壤中E7数量。【结论】土壤质地为沙壤土,温度30℃和37℃,湿度20%,采用香蕉/红薯套作的栽培方式可以显著提高E7根际定殖能力和促生作用。[Objective]The objective of the study was to elucidate the effects of environmental conditions on soil ecology characteristics of Paecilomyces lilacinus. [Method]Paecilomyces lilacinus E7 were used as materials to study the effects of soil physical factors and cultivation methods on colonization of E7 in ba- nana rhizosphere and its growth-promotion effect on banana seedling. [Result]The results showed that the optimum soil texture for E7 colonization in banana rhizosphere and the corresponding expression of growth -promotion effect was loam, followed by sandy soil and then clay in pot experiment. The optimum temperature and moisture order for E7 colonization was 30 ℃, 37 ℃, 23 ℃ and 16 ℃ ; and that for growth-promotion effect expression was 37 ℃, 30 ℃, 23 ℃ and 16 ℃. The optimum soil relative moisture order for colonization and growth-promotion effect expression of E7 was 20%, 25%, 15% and 30%. Compared with other treatments, the combination of E7 with intercropping banana and sweet potato in- creased E7 colonization in banana rhizosphere 0 to 120 days after transplanting,at the same time , thegrowth of banana, the number of E7, culturable and E7 in soils at different depth increased signifi bacteria and tungi, Actinomyces m banana rmzospnere cantly 120 days after transplanting. [Conclusion]In con- clusion, E7 in banana rhizosphere and its growth-promotion effect on banana seedling were effectively in- creased under the optimum conditions, i.e. loam, 30 ℃ or 37 ℃, 20% moisture and intercropping banana and sweet potato.
