摘 要:为研究棉铃虫和烟夜蛾交配和产卵行为存在差异的形态和生理原因,解剖了棉铃虫和烟夜蛾内生殖器官,比较2种夜蛾内生殖器官的形态差异,检测了不同发育时期2种夜蛾内生殖器官中可溶性总糖和蛋白质含量的变化.结果表明,(1)同一发育时期,棉铃虫雌蛾中输卵管、侧输卵管和交配囊体长度及雄蛾精巢直径均显著大于烟夜蛾.(2)棉铃虫和烟夜蛾雄性内生殖器官和附腺中可溶性总糖和蛋白质含量及2种夜蛾雌性内生殖器官中蛋白质含量均随着日龄的增加而增加,而雌性内生殖器官中可溶性总糖含量的变化却没有规律.(3)同一发育时期,棉铃虫雌性内生殖器官、雄性内生殖器官和雄性附腺中的蛋白质含量均显著高于烟夜蛾;其雄性和雌性内生殖器官中可溶性总糖的含量却均显著低于烟夜蛾.(4)交配后,2种夜蛾雌、雄内生殖器官中可溶性总糖和蛋白质含量比交配前有所增加,但雄性附腺中可溶性总糖和蛋白质含量却比交配前显著降低.Reproductive organs of Helicoverpa armigera and Helicoverpa assulta were anatomized and morphological differences were compared between them. The contents of the total carbohydrate and protein in reproductive organs at different developmental stages were tested by anthrone colorimetry and Bradford. The results show that( 1 )The length of median oviduct, lateral oviducts, mating capsule and the diameter of spermary of Helicoverpa armigera are significantly longer than that of Helicoverpa assulta at the same developmental stage;(2) The contents of total carbohydrate and protein in the male reproductive organs and accessory glands of the two noctuids both increase along with the increase of day age; as the day age of the two noctuids increase, the contents of protein in the female reproductive organs also increase, but the total carbohydrate in the female reproductive organs shows no change regularity; (3) At the same developmental stage, the contents of protein in the female reproductive organs, male reproductive organs and the male accessory of Helicoverpa armigera are significantly higher than those of Helicoverpa assulta ; but the contents of total carbohydrate in the female and male reproductive organs of Helicoverpa armigera are significantly lower than those of Helicoverpa assulta ; ( 4 ) After mating, the contents of the total carbohydrate and protein in the female and male reproductive organs both increase; but those in the male accessory glands significantly decrease.
