摘 要:开小孔的钢筋混凝土梁(孔径d与梁高h比小于0.3)具有节省空间和材料等优点,在土木工程中被广泛运用。其受力性能不同于无孔钢筋混凝土梁,孔洞的形状和位置对钢筋混凝土梁的受力性能有明显影响。运用光弹试验研究在集中荷载作用下,对各种形状孔洞在不同位置时的孔洞周边主应力分布,从而得出孔洞的合理形状和位置。再通过承载试验,研究了不同孔洞直径和孔洞位置条件下,梁破坏裂缝的开展,孔边箍筋以及跨中部纵筋的应变分布、挠度变化。根据本次试验结果以及文献资料,提出开小孔钢筋混凝土简支梁在集中荷载作用下的斜截面承载力计算公式。Reinforced concrete (RC) beams with small opening (aperture / beam high less than 0.3) were used to save space and material in lots of civil engineering. The behavior of RC beams with small opening was different with RC beams, and was significantly influenced by the shapes and locations of the opening. A photoelastic test was carried to study the principal stress around the opening in the different locations in the beams. And reasonable shape and location of the opening were obtained. In the power capacity test of RC beams with small opening under concentrated load test, plastic properties, propagation of crack, strain of hoop reinforcement around the opening and longitudinal rod at the mid-span, deformation, were studied under different diameter and location of opening condition. The formula of oblique section bearing capacity of RC beams with small opening were presented according to the test and literature datum.
