社区护理对早期糖尿病视网膜病变预后影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨社区护理对早期糖尿病视网膜病变预后的影响。方法将20例Ⅰ～Ⅲ期糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,以社区护理作为干预措施,并以社区护理干预措施前、后半年患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、体重指数及视力等作为观察指标,并进行对照比较。结果干预前患者空腹血糖(8.3±0.70)、餐后2h血糖(12.22±1.76)、糖化血红蛋白(8.22±0.92)、甘油三酯(9.46±1.02)、体重指数(25.87±2.98)、视力(0.57±0.10);干预后患者空腹血糖(7.52±0.66)、餐后2h血糖(9.92±1.72)、糖化血红蛋白(7.26±0.88)、甘油三酯(8.16±0.98)、体重指数(22.75±2.85)及视力(0.72±0.11),干预前后比较,t值分别为3.63、4.18、3.37、4.11、3.38、4.50,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论应用社区护理对早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者进行护理是较好的护理模式,能更有效、明显地提高早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者的疗效,从而增进患者治疗的信心,促进康复,对最大限度地维护患者的健康具有重要的现实意义。Objective To study the effect of community nursing on early disease prognosis of diabetic retinopa- thy. Method 20 cases of I- III stage of diabetic retinopathy patients was studied by community nursing as interven- tions. Postprandial blood glucose before and half years after community nursing intervention, 2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglycerides, body mass index and visual acuity was selected as indicator and compared between the two groups. Result Before intervention, patients＇s impaired fasting glucose was （8.3±0.70）, 2h postprandial blood glucose was （12.22±1.76）, glycosylated hemoglobin as（8.22 ± 0. 92）, triglycerides as（9.46 ±1.02 Y, body mass index as （ 25. 87± 2. 98）, visual acuity was （0. 57±0. 10）. after intervention, the indicators changed as following., impaired fasting glucose（7.52 ± 0.66 ）, postprandial 2h glucose（9.92 ±1.72） , glycosylated hemoglobin （ 7. 26±0.88）, triglycerides （ 8. 16±0.98）, body mass index（ 22. 75± 2.85 ） and visual （0. 72± 0.11）, There was significant difference in these indicators before and after the intervention in the two groups （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Community nursing was a is better mode for patients with early diabetic retinopathy. It＇s effective for improving the treatment effect for patients with early diabetic retinopathy, intensify the confidence of the treatment and recovery. It is a very important and realistic meaning for maintaining patients＂ maximum healthy.
