摘 要:目的研究看图对话教育模式对壮族2型糖尿病患者的自我管理的影响。方法采用糖尿病授权量表简化版,对我院及百色市2家医院76例住院壮族2型糖尿病患者进行看图对话干预前后的效果研究。结果住院糖尿病患者的自我管理信心方面有了很大提高(P<0.05),患者的授权能力方面得到了加强(P<0.05),患者对自我管理的态度和准备方面有了积极的效果(P<0.01)。结论看图对话教育模式对提高壮族2型糖尿病患者自我管理糖尿病的效能有帮助。Objective To study the effect of figure dialogue education mode on the self-management for the Zhuang minority patients with type 2 diabetes. Method Based on the diabetes authorized Scale simplified version, The intervention effect for 76 Zhuang nationality patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital and other two hospital in Baise City was studied before and after the intervention of figure dialogue. Result The self-management confidence for hospitalized patient's with type 2 diabetes has been enhanced (P〈0. 05). The patient's authorized capacity has been enhanced (P〈0.05). Patients have a positive effect on the attitude of self-management and preparation (P〈0.01). Conclusion Figure dialogue mode of education will help to improve the performance of self-management for Zhuang nationality patients with type 2 diabetes.
