定期尿激酶加肝素停留封管对颈内静脉留置导管功能的影响

摘　　要：目的比较两种封管方式对颈内静脉留置双腔导管功能的影响。方法对62例使用颈内静脉留置双腔导管进行血液透析治疗的老年患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组使用25 000U/ml尿激酶加25mg/ml肝素溶液24h停留封管,对照组采用常规25mg/ml肝素生理盐水封管,两组患者均连续观察9个月。结果两种不同封管方案对患者凝血功能无明显影响,观察组实际血流量、导管留置时间、导管通畅率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论25 000U/ml尿激酶加25mg/ml停留封管24h,可以有效预防颈内静脉留置双腔透析导管血栓形成,改善导管功能,且无明显副作用及治疗并发症。Objective Comparison of two different sealing methods on effect of internal jugular vein indwelling double lumen catheters function. Method On 62 cases of internal jugular vein indwelling Dual -- Lumen catheter of hemodialysis in the treatment of senile patients, randomly divided into observation and control groups. Observation groups 25000 U/ml plus 25 mg/ml urokinase heparin solution 24 hours stay shut, control group using 25 mg/ml heparin saline sealing, observation of 9 months in a row. Result Two different sealing methods on blood coagulation function in patients with no apparent effect, actual blood flow observation group, time of Indwelling Catheter, catheter patency rate is significantly higher than the control group p O. 05. Conclusion 25000 U/ML solution of urokinase plus 25 mg/ml stay sealing up 24 hours, can effectively prevent analysis of the internal jugular vein indwelling double lumen catheter thrombosis, improved catheter function, with no significant side effects and complications of therapy.
