摘　　要：根据超深井油气开发的需求以及各界不断重视井控装备的安全性,提高设备配置安全系数的要求,研制了105 MPa超高压环形防喷器。该防喷器承压件采用锻件,壳体为高脚杯结构,胶芯为锥形,采用有限元进行优化设计,研制了密封可靠性较高的胶芯。该防喷器具有结构简单,承压能力强,密封可靠的特点。通过试验表明,其各项性能指标符合API Spec 16A规范和GB/T 20174的规定。Due to the requirements of exploiting deeper oil well and improving the safety factor of equipments,FHZ28-105 annular blowout preventer（BOP） is developed.The pressure-bearing parts is forging,the shell is standing cup shape and the rubber core is taper structure.FEA is carried out to improve the design.The BOP has the characteristics that the sturcture is simple,the capacity of pressure-bearing is strong,seal is reliable.The tests show that the BOP performances coincide with API Spec 16A and GB/T 20174.
