摘　　要：我国面临着经济高速增长、环境状况严峻、资源相对缺乏的形势,要实现经济、社会、环境协调可持续发展,必须按照科学发展观的要求,统筹经济发展,大力发展生态经济和低碳经济。林业产业作为重要的基础产业,具有三大效益的统一性,产业间企业的协同性等特点。林业产业链的构建,形成了链内企业良好的竞争定价机制和利益协调机制,有利于凸现林业产业的集群化优势,为低碳经济的实现奠定了稳固的基础。China is facing the situation of rapid economic growth,tough environmental conditions and the relative lack of resources.In order to achieve economic,social,and environmental sustainable development,we must follow the scientific development concept,overall economic development,and develop ecological economy and low carbon economy.Forestry industry,as an important basic industry,has the characteristics of unity of the three major benefits,business collaboration between industries,and so on.The building of forestry industry chain forms the chain of good corporate interests of competitive pricing mechanisms and the coordination mechanisms,which will help highlight the forestry industry cluster advantages,and lay a solid foundation for the realization of low-carbon economy.This paper describes the related concept of forestry industrial chain,through research into the forestry industry barriers and the forms,and gets the conclusion.
