摘 要:铝基材碱洗废液中铝含量高,具有回收利用价值。但废碱液中由于存在大量的油性组分及色素,使铝的回收利用困难。采取一定方法对该碱性废液进行了除油除色素处理。结果表明,在废碱液中添加硬脂酸和石灰,具有协同的除油和脱除色素效果;产生的滤饼晒干后仍含有大量的有机物,可掺入煤中作燃料使用;精制的废碱液可进一步利用。The aluminum content in aluminum-based alkali washing waste liquor is high, having the value of recy- cle. Since the waste alkali liquor contains a lot of oily component and pigment, it is difficult for the aluminum to be recycled. Certain methods of oil and pigment removal from alkali waste washing liquor have been used. Experimental results show that adding stearic acid and lime has synergetic effect on oil and pigment removing effi- ciencies. The filter cake produced still contains a large number of organic substances, which can be doped with coal and used as fuel. The refined waste alkai liquor can be used for aluminum recycling.
