摘　　要：目的:探索临床药师在骨科术后感染患者抗感染治疗中如何选择药物,促进患者康复。方法:介绍临床药师参与1例骨科术后感染患者抗感染治疗过程。临床药师从抗感染药物的选择、给药的剂量、给药的方法、不良反应监测等方面为患者制订个体化的给药方案,并进行药学监护。结果:临床药师发挥药学专业特长,使患者获得更好的药物治疗。结论:临床药师与临床医师合作可充分发挥团队作用,促进合理用药,提高治疗水平。OBJECTIVE：To discuss the way to select drug for anti-infective treatment of patient with postoperative infection in department of orthopaedics by clinical pharmacist, and to promote patient to be restored to health. METHODS： The process of clini- cal pharmacist participating in anti-infective treatment of patient with postoperative infection in department of orthopaedics was intro- duced. Clinical pharmacist designed individual medication scheme by considering about selection of anti-infective drug, drug dos- age, route of administration and adverse drug reaction, and pharmaceutical care was conducted. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists practiced their profession to offer good drug therapy for patients. CONCLUSIONS： Cooperation of clinical pharmacist and physi- cians can full play the role of teamwork so as to improve rational drug use and drug therapy.
