摘 要:近年来,紫外消毒技术在水处理领域的应用日趋广泛。紫外消毒器的可靠性主要依赖于其出厂时的剂量验证和长期运行过程中的在线监控,为此,重点介绍了紫外消毒器辐射剂量的验证方法、长期运行中的影响因素以及在线监控方法。首先,采用国际通用的生物剂量法对用于二次供水的两个紫外消毒器的辐射剂量进行了验证;然后,通过安装自主研发的三参数在线监测系统,对其中一个消毒器进行了长达一个月的实时监测。结果表明,紫外消毒器在实际运行中并不稳定,多种因素(特别是灯管输出和套管污染)会明显影响辐射剂量,可见紫外消毒器的在线监控对于保障消毒效果至关重要。In recent years, ultraviolet (UV) disinfection technology has been adopted widely for water and wastewater treatment. The reliability of a UV disinfection reactor mainly depends on its dose validation before leaving factory and its online monitoring during the long-term operation period. The dose validation, long-term influential factors and online monitoring of UV disinfection reactors were introduced. The practical doses of two commercial UV reactors used for secondary water supply were validated by the internationally recognized biodosimetry method. One reactor was monitored for one month by a three-parameter online monitoring system developed in our laboratory. The results demonstrated that the UV reactor was not stable during the practical operation because several factors ( specially the lamp output and the sleeve fouling) could strongly impact the UV dose. Online monitoring of UV reactors is critical to ensure the disinfection efficiency.
