摘 要:采用加压生物氧化法处理垃圾渗滤液,在进水COD为2 900~3 500 mg/L、NH3-N为390~450 mg/L的条件下,确定最佳工艺参数如下:HRT为12 h、曝气压力为0.2 MPa,在此条件下对COD和NH3-N的去除率分别可达71%和92%,是普通生化法的2~3倍。加压生物氧化法具有生化反应速率快、处理效率高、占地少、剩余污泥产量少等优点,为垃圾渗滤液的处理提供了一条新途径。Landfill leachate was treated by pressurized bio-oxidation process. When the concentra- tions of COD and NH3 - N in the influent were 2 900 to 3 500 mg/L and 390 to 450 mg/L, respectively, the optimal process parameters were determined as follows: HRT was 12 h, and aeration pressure was 0.2 MPa. Under these conditions, the removal rates of COD and NH3 -N were 71% and 92%, respectively, which was 2 to 3 times that of ordinary bio-oxidation process. Pressurized bio-oxidation process has the advantages of a fast reaction rate, high treatment efficiency, small footprint and less residual sludge.
