摘 要:建立了NdFeB合金中Al、Cu、Co、Mg、Si、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Ni、Zn、Ga等13种微量及常量元素的ICP-AES分析方法,选用5 g/L及1 g/L的进样浓度,以准基体匹配法校正基体效应的影响。考查了共存元素的光谱干扰,选择了测量谱线;考查了合金主成分含量有所波动时对测定产生的影响,误差在-1.8%~3.2%,可忽略不计。方法的测定下限在0.0005%~0.0033%,加标回收率在95.3%~103.4%;与ICP-MS法和分光光度法的比对结果良好。对4个NdFeB合金样品进行了测量精密度统计(n=11),RSD在0.8%~5.1%。A method for the determination of 13 non-RE elements in NdFeB alloys by ICP-AES was established. A matrix matching method was chosen to lower the matrix effect during determination. The interference from main co-existing elements were studied to choose the analytical lines. The errors, resulted from content fluctuation of main constituents were between - 1.8% and 3.2% , which can be ignored. The determination limits are from 0. 0005% to 0. 0033%, the recoveries are 97.5% - 108% , and RSDs are 0. 8% - 5.1%. The comparison results of with ICP-MS and spectrophotometry are satisfactory.
