摘  要:为识别中性点非有效接地系统单相接地故障,提出了一种配电线路单相接地行波保护方案。它根据线路侧初始电流行波与母线端初始电压行波的极性关系构成故障方向判别元件。为了提高保护的可靠性,同时有效区分单相接地故障和相间故障,利用工频电流和电压信号构成闭锁判据。讨论了该保护的原理、算法和构成方案并分析了其动作特性。仿真表明,该保护能够很好地解决中性点非有效接地系统单相接地保护问题,具有动作可靠、迅速,构成简单等特点,并且不受中性点接地方式的影响。To correctly identify single-phase-to-ground fault (SFG) in power distribution systems with neutral non-effectively grounded, a novel traveling waves based single-phase-to-ground protection (TSPGP) was proposed. The polarity of initial transient current and voltage traveling waves were used to identify the fault direction. In order to improve the reliability of the protection and distinguish SFG from phase faults, power-frequency voltages and currents were used as blocking criteria. The principle, algorithm, scheme and operating characteristic were analyzed. The simulation results show that the protection is valid with good operating characteristics, such as explicit expression of fault direction, simplicity and fast operating time, and it can be applied to power distribution systems with different neutral grounding methods.
