摘 要:为分析结晶器内液面波动和流动规律,基于相似原理,采用1∶1水模型,通过着色流体观察流体流动方式和采用DJ800水工数据采集系统对结晶器内液面波动进行测量,对比研究FTSC薄板坯连铸在2种不同结构的浸入式水口(SEN)工作时拉坯速度对结晶器内液面波动的影响关系。结果表明:在结晶器宽度、SEN类型、浸入深度相同时,随着拉速增加结晶器液面波动幅度增大,2孔SEN相比4孔SEN的最大波高更小,在高拉速时更适用;在大断面1.5m生产时,2种SEN的最大波高均有所增大。4孔SEN比2孔SEN多形成2个对称成略带向上角度的上部流股,从而多形成2个旋转流区。Based on the similarity principle, a water simulation model (the ratio 1 : 1) for the mold of the Flexible Thin Slab Caster (FTSC) is established, which is used to simulate the fluid flow behavior in the FTSC mold. Through coloring fluid flow, the pattern of fluid flow is observed in the mold of FTSC, and the mold level fluctuation is determined by using a DJ800 data acquisition system. For finding an influence relationship of the casting speed on the mold level fluctuation, a comparative re- search of the fluid flow in the FTSC mold with the two Submerged Entry Nozzle (SEN) of different kinds of structure is carried out at the different casting speed levels. The results show that the maxi- mum level fluctuation is increased with the increase of pull speed under the same conditions, the maxi- mum fluctuation of the SEN with two ports is smaller, and it is more applicable to the production of FTSC at high pull speed. The maximum level fluctuations of two SENs are both increased. The SEN with four ports forms more complicated flow patterns in the mold than that with two ports because of its extra two streams in slightly upward angle, thus it forms two more rotating flow area.
