摘　　要：介绍了行星螺杆挤出机(PRE)的优点,从理论研究、结构改进和应用发展3个方面总结了行星螺杆挤出机近年来取得的新进展。目前行星螺杆挤出机的理论研究集中在对主要参数的计算和塑化效果的研究;结构方面的改进包括增加行星段的长度,行星螺杆挤出机与不同的挤出设备组合等;同时行星螺杆挤出机的应用范围则扩大到木塑复合材料、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)加工、硅橡胶、食品加工等领域。This paper introduced the structure, application, merits, and progress of planetary roller extruders （PREs）. Nowadays, the theory study in this field mainly concentrated on the calculation of PREstparametrers and the exploration of PREsr plasticizing efficiency. The improvement of the structure included extending the length of planetary section, the combination of PREsr and other extruders. PREst had not been used in processing of PVC only, but also used in the field of wood- plastic composite material, PET, silicon rubber, food and so on.
