摘　　要：政治发展是政治冲突与政治秩序相互博弈和耦合的过程,其进程主要取决于政治冲突正负功能的博弈和耦合,其基本机制可以通过政治冲突主体力量对比模型,以及政治冲突正负功能对比模型得到分析和解释。文章的分析表明,政治秩序与政治冲突是一个对应的关系结构,正是二者的博弈和耦合才推动了人类社会的发展与变迁,而且整个过程是一个"有序——冲突——有序"的张力系统,政治秩序便在这个张力系统的推动下得以不断螺旋发展和完善。The development of politics is a process of gaming and coupling between political conflict and political order that is decided by both positive and negative aspects of political conflict. Its basic mechanism can be analyzed and explained in terms of the comparison model of the main forces in political conflict and the comparison model of positive and negative aspects of political conflict. This analysis shows that political conflict and political order stand in an interaction relationship that forms a tension system of order--conflict--order that steadily spurs our society forward.
