摘　　要：以城郊煤矿为实例,介绍了企业内部核算信息多元化管理体系的应用背景及构建内容,详细分析了多元化管理体系的应用情况和实施效果。Taking Chengjiao Mine as a case, the paper introduced the background and the establishing content of the muhiple management system of the enterprise internal accounting information and in detail analyzed the applied conditions and the prac- tice effect of the multiple management system.
