摘　　要：印度是世界上住房问题最为严重的国家之一,但房地产业是印度仅次于农业的第二大产业,由于中国与印度在住房问题上存在诸多相同问题,因此研究印度近年来房地产市场,可以为中国现阶段陷入发展困境的房地产业提供有益的启发和思考。As one of the most serious countries in housing problems in the world, The real estate industry of India has been the second largest sector only after agriculture, China and India have some similar problems and characteristics in housing market. Thus, it can provide useful enlightenment and thoughts for China＇ s real estate industry which has sunk into the developing predicament by analyzing the real reasons of Indian real estate development and its problems after summarizing the situation and achievements in the past few years.
