摘　　要：两岸行业协会已迈入深度交流合作的新阶段。文章基于对台湾典型行业协会的实地考察,结合不同案例,归纳分析了台湾行业协会的组成形式、规范特征、发展沿革,剖析了台湾行业协会发展值得大陆同业学习借鉴的作法与经验。The exchanges and cooperation of the cros-strait industry associations has entered a new stage. The article is based on fieldwork typical Taiwan Residents industry associations and those different cases, inductive analysis the composed form, specification characteristics and development History of Taiwan Industry Association. Then, the practice experience of the development of Taiwan＇s industry association are analyzed, all that are worth to learn to the mainland industry Association, such as the effective supervision, relaxed regime, service support from the government levels, and the scientific orientation, hematopoietic function, social responsibility from the industry associations levels.
