黄河金三角“示范区”高校文献信息资源共建共享探析

摘　　要：在黄河金三角地区成为"国家承接产业转移示范区"之际,探析黄河金三角"示范区"高校文献信息资源共建共享问题,具有重大的战略意义。"黄河金三角经济协作区"26年区域协作实践的成功经验及其高校丰富的文献信息资源、网络环境,加上大家对资源共建共享的良好愿望,说明"示范区"高校文献信息资源共建共享是可行的;必须遵循"适应性、节约、适度超前、渐进发展、分工协调、系统性、完整性"的原则,采取"借助CALIS平台开展文献资源共建共享、整合跨区域高校馆文献信息资源、建成文献信息资源协作网"三步走的策略,注意落实好"观念、组织、法律、制度、经费、技术、交流培训"的措施,实现"示范区"高校文献信息资源共建共享。At the time for Yellow River Golden Triangle becoming one of the National Demonstration Area for Undertaking Industrial Transfer, it is of great significance to discuss the literature information sharing among the universities of the area. With the 26 years of successful experience of Golden Triangle of the yellow River Economic Cooperation Zone and the rich information resources, network environment, coupled with the good intentions of resource sharing, it is possible the literature information resource sharing, The principles of adaptability, savings, leading moderately, progressive development, labor coordinated, systematization, and integrity must be followed. The three-step strategy, help of CALLS, integrating the cross-regional resources resource sharing, should be adopted, and the measures that is, developing the resource sharing with the of the universities, building a cooperative net for of concept, organization, law, institution, funds, technology, and exchange and training should be put into practice.
