摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺激活下丘脑室旁核热刺激及氢化可的松敏感(CRH相关)神经元的穴位特异性。方法:电生理学方法定性分析下丘脑室旁核神经元,比较针刺不同部位的20个穴位对CRH相关神经元的激活效应及特异性穴位对外周血皮质酮(CORT)水平的干预。结果:肾俞、期门、肝俞及京门为特异性穴位,膀胱经、肝经、胆经为特异性相关经脉,针刺特异性穴位可明显提高外周血CORT水平。结论:针刺激活下丘脑室旁核CRH相关神经元有穴位和经脉特异性。Object： Study of the specificity of acupoints in acupuncture activated the thermal stimulation and hydrocortisone sensitive neurons in paraventricular area of hypothalamus. Method： The effects of respectively, 20 point acupuncture on thermal stimulation and hydrocortisone sensitive neurons in paraventricular area of hypothalamus were examined activation effect by using extracellular recording technique under stimulus of certain intensity, and the specificity of acupoints on peripheral blood corticosterone （ CORT ） level of intervention. Result： The effect of acupuncture has both the specificity of acupoints and channel. The BL23 （Shenyu）, the LR14 （Qimen）, the BL18 （Ganyu） and the GB25 （Jingmen） was specificity of acupoints, the Urinary bladder channel, the Liver channel and the Gallbladder channel was specificity of channel. The specificity acupoints can obviously improve the CORT levels in peripheral blood. Conclusion： Effect of acupuncture was specificity of acupoints and channels on activation of the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus CRH-relevant neurons.
