摘  要:数字化手术室对于提高手术质量及效率具有重要的意义,设计和实现手术室内各种医疗设备的集中控制,是数字化手术室建设的重点和难点;针对国内现有手术室医疗设备普遍存在种类繁多,控制面板硬件设计差异较大,集中控制不易实现等问题,采用单片机+CPLD硬件架构,通过CAN总线进行通信,设计了医疗设备集中控制系统,实现了对包括手术床、高频电刀、无影灯、内窥镜等在内的多种医疗设备的集中控制,现场测试结果表明,系统运行稳定,安全可靠,操作方便。The Digital Operating Room, with Centralized Control of Medical Instruments is very important for improving quality and effi- ciency of operations. Designing and implementing Centralized Control of Medical Instruments become a key point in construction of Digital Operating Room. Since equipments in domestic operating room have diversified interface and differences in device control panel, On the basis of those key problems, This paper based on the hardware structure of the MCU and CPLD, CAN bus communication, designs a system for the centralized control of medical instruments for digital operating room. It realizes the centralized control of medical Instruments including operating bed, high frequency electrotorne, astral lamp, endoscopic, etc. Test results show that it runs stable, safe and easy to operate.
