灵芝孢子粉对抗亚急性酒精性肝损伤的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究灵芝孢子粉对小鼠亚急性酒精性肝损伤的干预作用。方法用56%(V/V)北京二锅头白酒灌胃方法建立小鼠亚急性酒精性肝损伤模型,用灵芝孢子粉进行干预,连续灌胃14 d,然后检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性,并进行肝脏病理学检查。结果与空白对照组相比,模型组小鼠血清ALT和AST活性显著增加,肝脏呈弥漫的脂肪样变性和炎症性变化。而灵芝孢子粉+酒精组小鼠血清ALT和AST活性与模型组相比显著降低,肝脏病理学改变仅呈局灶性脂肪样变性。结论灵芝孢子粉对小鼠酒精性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect of ganoderma lucidum on sub-acute alcoholic hepatic injury in mice.Methods The sub-acute liver injury mice models were induced by 56%（V/V）Beijing Red Star Erguotou wine and intervened by ganoderma lucidum for 14 days.Blood samples and liver tissues were collected.The activities of serum alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase（AST） were tested.And liver pathological changes were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of serum ALT and AST activity in model group treated with 56%（V/V）Beijing Red Star Erguotou wine were significantly increased,and the pathological changes were also showed a diffuse fatty liver degeneration and inflammation.However,treatment of Ganoderma Lucidum in mice showed a significantly decrease of the level of ALT and AST activities.The hepatic pathological changes were attenuated or even reversed.Conclusion Ganoderma Lucidum has protective effect against sub-acute alcoholic liver damage in mice.
