麦冬有效组分的提取工艺及组分与药效相关性分析

摘　　要：目的对麦冬总皂苷的提取工艺进行优化,并对正交实验结果和体外药效结果进行相关性分析,通过两者的相关性证明麦冬总皂苷为麦冬中治疗冠心病的主要成分。方法以麦冬总皂苷为指标,采用正交设计对提取过程中溶媒量、提取时间、提取次数三个因素进行估选研究,优选工艺条件,并采用心肌细胞Na2S2O4缺氧/复氧模型,考察细胞存活率,通过SPSS软件对正交实验结果和细胞药效进行相关性分析。结果麦冬乙醇提取的最佳条件为:12倍量的50%乙醇提取3次,每次1 h,通过药效学试验和相关性分析,表明两者呈显著相关性。结论通过正交设计优化了麦冬提取工艺,经体外药学验证,并通过相关性分析,证明了麦冬总皂苷为麦冬治疗冠心病的主要成分。Objective Through a large number of documents refer to research,we can knew that Dwarf lilyturf total saponins is the main components of the treatment of coronary heart disease.So this experiment to optimize the Dwaf total saponins of extracting process,and to the relevant analysis beweent orthogonal experimental results and votro efficacy results.Through the correlation of them prove dwarf lilyturf total saponins of radix ophiogonis as themain components of the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods Total saponins in radix ophiopgonis is as the index.Using the orthogonal experimental method,with solvent quantity,extraction tines for the extraction process t-hress factors to choose it,optimize the process condition,and use Na2S2O4 myocardial cells lack of oxygen/after ox-ygen model investigation cell survival,through SPSS software to conduct conduct correlation analysis between ort-hogonal experimental results and cells efficacy.Results The best extract condition of puerarin is：for twelve times the amount 50% ethanol extract three tines,each time 1hours,through the pharmacodynamics experiment and correlation analysis,show that they have significant correlation.Conclusion Through orthogonal design optimization dwarf lilyturf extraction technology,in vitro pharmacy verification,and through the correlation analysis,proof that the dw-arf lilyturf total saponins radix ophiopogonis as the main components of the treatment of coronary heart disease.
