摘　　要：目的观察关节止痛膏新剂型对大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤的长期毒性。方法设置完整皮肤和破损皮肤两个不同模型组,并设置空白基质对照组,通过局部给药,评价热熔胶贴膏对大鼠皮肤的长期毒性。结果试验组与对照组比较,大鼠一般状况未见明显异常,各种血常规和血液生化指标、脏器系数及组织结构也均未见明显异常。结论以热熔胶为基质制备的关节止痛膏对大鼠无长期蓄积性的毒性作用,且热熔胶基质本身对大鼠也无长期蓄积性毒性作用。关节止痛膏新剂型属安全制剂。Objective To investigate the long-term toxicity on both intact-skin and damaged-skin of pain-relieving plaster for arthritis based on Hot-Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive.Methods Both intact-skin and damaged-skin model group are established,besides a blank control group is set.The long-term toxicity of Hot-Melt pressure sensitive adhesives on rat skin is determined by administration topically.Results Administration group,compared with the control group,shows no significant abnormalities of routine blood test,blood biochemical parameters,organ coefficient and tissue structure.Conclusion The pain-relieving plaster for arthritis prepared from Hot-Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive shows no long-term toxicity on rats,and the Hot-Melt pressure sensitive adhesive is a safe preparation.
