金银花对流感小鼠肺损伤保护作用初探

摘　　要：目的探讨金银花对流感造成的小鼠肺损伤保护作用,为抗病毒作用机理研究提供实验数据。方法以肺指数测定及观察肺组织病理变化为指标,研究金银花对流感模型小鼠肺损伤的保护作用。结果金银花对流感造成的小鼠肺损伤的肺指数抑制率达到了17.51%,病理切片也显示给予金银花后小鼠肺损伤的范围明显缩小、程度减轻。结论金银花具有明显减轻流感造成的肺损伤作用,是对金银花清热解毒功效的又一药理实验数据支持。Objective To research preliminarily the protective effect of Flos lonicerae japonicae against mouse＇s lung injury induced by influenza virus.Methods Taking determination of the mouse＇s lung index and observation of the lung tissue pathologic change as a norm,to study the proctective function of Flos lonicerae japonicae to the mouse＇s lung injury.Results Inhibition rate of mouse＇s lung index of Flos lonicerae japonicae against influenza virus reach to 17.51%,the pathologic section of mouse＇s lung clearly shows the area reduced and degree lightened after administration of Flos lonicerae japonicae.Conclusion Flos lonicerae japonicae can obviously reduce the mouse＇s lung injury induced by Flu,that is another hand to explain the function of clearing heat and detoxicating of Flos lonicerae japonicae.
