摘  要:目的通过测定白屈菜中多种生物碱的含量,以求建立更加完善的白屈菜药材的质量标准。方法采用反向高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3(4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为乙腈-1%三乙胺水溶液(23∶77,三乙胺水溶液用磷酸调pH至3),流速1 ml/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长:274 nm。结果白屈菜红碱、血根碱、黄连碱分别在0.013 4~0.252 0μg,0.076 0~0.684 0μg,0.141 6~2.548 8μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,0.9999和0.9999。结论该方法准确、灵敏、可靠,重复性好,适用于对白屈菜药材的质量评价。Objective To establish a method for determination of several alkaloids in Chelidonium majus L.and perfect the quality standard of this kind of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The RP-HPLC method was used with Inertsil ODS-3 column(4.6 mm×250 mm),and Acetonitrile-1% triethylamine(25∶75,adjusted to pH 3 with phosphoric acid) as mobile phase.The flow rate is 1ml/min,column temperature 35℃ and 274nm as detection wavelength.Results There were good linear relationships between the masses and the peak areas of Chelerythrine,Sanguinarine,Coptisine in the ranges of 0.0134~0.2520μg(r=0.999 7)、0.0760~0.6840μg(r=0.999 9) and 0.1416~2.5488μg(r=0.999 9),respectively.Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitivite,reliable and can be used repeatedly which is suitable for the quality evaluation of Chelidonium majus L..
