摘 要:目的研究红芪提取液超滤过程中的传质特性,用以指导红芪的工业化超滤纯化。方法采用聚砜中空纤维型超滤膜(分子截留量10万),研究红芪提取液在完全循环错流超滤中膜通量变化规律,考察操作压力及膜面错流速度在超滤过程中对膜通量的影响。结果获得红芪提取液超滤的最佳操作压力为0.07MPa;根据所得传质方程计算出该条件下超滤的终止浓度为11.8%;发现膜面错流速度每增加8倍左右,可使膜通量增加近1倍。结论所得传质特性对红芪的工业化超滤纯化具指导价值。Objective To study the mass transfer characteristic of the extract of Hongqi in ultrafiltration process which will be used to guide the industry ultrafiltration of Hongqi.Methods Under the condition of full-circumfluence,the polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane(MWCO one hundred thousand) was used to investigate the flux change rule of the extract of Hongqi in ultrafiltration process.The effects of operating pressure and cross flow speed on the flux are investigated.Results The most appropriate operating pressure was obtained,which is 0.07MPa.The terminational concentration was calculated which is 11.8% and the flux will increase by one fold with 8-fold increase of the cross flow speed.Conclusion The obtained Characteristic of mass transfer has the guidance value in the industry ultrafiltration of Hongqi.
